Please complete the form below only if you are a local model or wish to try out art/experimental modelling.
You must be 18yrs of age or older to do Figure and experimental Art modelling.

We may forward a more comprehensive form to you if needed. Check your email address carefully before you submit the form, as this is the only way we can contact you. If you haven't received a reply within three days, please resubmit the form.
